Shipping with moran
Moran ships all orders directly from Bali, Indonesia via LOCAL POST or DHL express. You will be able to choose which carrier you would like to use at check out. The major difference between them as below,
Pos Indonesia - Standard shipping. Please allow 7-21 business days after you get a confirmation email with tracking number from us. Once your parcel is landed in your country, it will be handled by your local post. If you wish a cheaper shipping method but you don't mind receiving your parcel a bit slower, please choose this STANDARD SHIPPING at check out.
DHL - Express shipping. Please allow 3-7 business days after you get a confirmation email with tracking number from us. If you wish a faster and secure shipping method but you don't mind paying extra, please choose this EXPRESS DHL at check out.
DHL do not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend using standard shipping method with Local post. If you wish your parcel to be delivered via DHL, please provide an address where someone can sign for receiving your parcel.
DHL have surcharge for remote area - If your address is in the remote area, we recommend using standard shipping method with Local post as they do not charge extra for it. If you wish your parcel to be delivered via DHL, we will be sending you an invoice for extra charge and your parcel will be dispatched after your invoice is paid.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-7 business days once your order is made and ready to ship :) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number to track your delivery of your goods.
If the tracking information states that your item has been delivered but you have not receive it, you must contact your local post office or DHL immediately, depending on the shipping method you choose. MORAN is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Please note MORAN is not responsible for any import duty and customs.
MORAN accept returns on unworn and unused items in their original condition and with all tags attached. We offer store credit or exchange on full priced items purchased online within 14days of receipt of goods.The shipping cost will be deducted as we pay half of your shipping. We do not offer refunds or exchange on any sale items. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packing. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. MORAN are not responsible for the cost of return postage.
